Coloria

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Coloria respects your privacy and your children's. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you stay in control. Coloria is meant for parents: an adult creates the account and uses the service.

Data we collect

• Your account: email address (and, if you sign in with Google or Facebook, your public name and profile picture). • What you create: the descriptions you type and the coloring pages generated, the first name added to a drawing or a book. • Payment: handled by Stripe; we never store your card number. • Technical data: an anonymized fingerprint of your IP address (to limit abuse) and basic usage data.

Why we use it

To run the service (create and save your coloring pages), manage your account and credits, process your book orders, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the performance of our service and, where applicable, your consent.

Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the service: Supabase (database and storage), fal.ai (image generation), Stripe (payment), Vercel (hosting). We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and drawings are deleted (see below). Some billing data may be kept where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can at any time access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact page.

Deleting your data

To delete your account and all your data: sign in, then go to My account → Settings → Delete my account. You can also reach us via the Contact page and we will delete your data within 30 days. This also applies to accounts created via Google or Facebook.
